We sell craft supplies and handcrafted items and run craft workshops in the Cotswolds.

Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you do not contact us first, we may not be able to accept the return.

Unless faulty, items must be returned in a new and unopened state and contain all the original items.
