These collars are absolutely beautiful!!! The customer service from Tom was beyond what I expected or deserved. I messed up the measurement and he was more than willing to make it right. I shipped them back to him. He repaired them ASAP shot me a couple of pics to make sure I was happy with them. Then mailed them back. I highly recommend these not only these collars, but Tom and his customer service!! Will definitely be getting our next collars from him.
