Sorry that the user was dissatisfied. We received the order late on 6-20. Package was shipped on 6-23 due to running out of shipping envelopes. It took 4 days to go from Georgia to Alabama. Outside of our control, unfortunately. As for cheap feeling, these are the standard and best available, side release, aluminum buckles made.

Martingales are non-adjustable and require a specific neck size measurement. I also message buyers to confirm that they have measured properly. Customer specified a 16.5" neck. She claimed that it was too large. She now wanted 15.5". I had her return it at my expense. I adjusted it and sent it back. She advised me that it now fit. Despite several messages, she never would confirm that she had measured properly.

3 out of 5 starsThe 2” buckle is a nice buckle, and will suffice for my kit’s utility belt. However, I do wish the main buckle we’re about 1/2”longer. As it is, it looks a bit stumpy lengthwise. Your 1.5” buckles look much better proportionately, and upsized to 2” with the same proportions would look better.

Thanks for the review. Unfortunately, we have no control over the proportions of the buckles. I agree that they are a bit 'stubby' looking, but for every bit of added length, it takes away from the amount of leather in the collars.
