Please allow up to 4 weeks after you have approved the proof until dispatch due to items being made to order and where we can ship earlier we will. If you need an order urgently, please contact us first to ensure we can do this for you in your required time.

If you are ordering from overseas, all parcels are sent Royal Mail standard air mail service therefore there is no tracking number. We do offer a tracking number delivery however this does cost more so contact us before.
International orders can take up to 15 working days to arrive depending on time of year, due to covid-19 please allow up to 30 days for international deliveries.

Leigh Louise Creative can not take responsibility for any items that do not arrive on time for your event if a specific delivery date has not been communicated with us. Please send us a message or write in the 'note to seller' section when placing your order.

Every item we make is individual, and no two items are the same which is what we pride ourselves on as a company. All foiled items are made to a very high standard, due to the nature of foil all items are unique and no one is identical. We describe the item as best we can so please take this into consideration when ordered. Colours and textures may look different on your screen.

We aim to have all card orders sent within 7-10 days of ordering. Invitation and custom orders are on a 3-4 week turnaround, we cannot promise orders to go sooner than there ship by date currently but work through orders as quickly as we can
