Payment
I accept Paypal, major credit cards through Etsy, and Etsy gift cards. ALL orders must be paid in full for work to begin.
Shipping
I try to ship out all orders as soon as possible, however, there may be delays due to backorders, shipping delays from the manufacturer, or for large orders. You will be notified through an Etsy Conversation if you should expect delays and will be given the option to cancel your order if the delay exceeds 1 week past the date expected to ship.

TYPICAL Turn Around Time for Custom-Made Orders:
Valances: 2 weeks to ship
Pair of Panels: 3 weeks to ship
Pillow Covers: 2 weeks to ship
BYOF orders: 2 weeks from when the fabric arrives to seller

Orders are shipped Priority Mail and First Class. Shipping Charges include insurance to protect the buyer and seller.

If your order does not arrive, please check your tracking number to try to locate your package first. If the tracking says that the package was delivered but the package is not present, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can contact USPS to file a claim.

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure their shipping address on Etsy is accurate. This is the address I use to ship your purchase to. I do not replace items shipped to the wrong address when not updated by the buyer. If the item is returned to Leigh Design, I will reship the item again at the expense of the buyer. Thanks for your cooperation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Most items in my shop are made-to-order and custom. I DO NOT accept returns on custom and made-to-order items unless the product is irregular or damaged. REFUNDS WILL NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS.

If there something wrong with the item you received, I will be happy to make it right. Please extend to me the courtesy of contacting me before leaving negative feedback. I take great pride and stand by the products I make. If something does not meet your expectation, I do not have a problem with correcting my mistakes.

Q: Do you make products for wholesale?
A: I do make items for wholesale. Please contact me if you are interested in having me make a bulk order for you.

Q: Do you provide products for blog reviews?
A: I will be happy to provide a custom item for you if your blog meets a threshold of 10,000 views a month. Requested items for review should not exceed $75 in retail value or blogger will be asked to pay the remainder of the balance.
