5 out of 5 starsExcellent dress. I had it made based on my measurements, and when I was unclear in the message about what colour I wanted they reached out and were patient while I decided. The dress is amazing and I’ve had many compliments. Sometimes I wear it with a black tank top, or cream tshirt underneath, or my exercise bra if I’m going to the gym.

5 out of 5 starsI bought the full length velvet dress from Lelasilk to wear as mother of the bride at my daughter's wedding this coming winter. It is beautifully, solidly made, fully lined, and a perfect length. I sent the maker my height and she made it so that I do not have to find an alterations person here in Hawaii. (because how experienced is anyone here at hemming lined velvet?!) I am amazed and very impressed. Some other reviews had said there was an import duty imposed, for deliveries to the US there was no added import duty.

5 out of 5 starsThe silk is so smooth and comfortable, like water on my skin. The fit was perfect! As a bonus, the dress arrived much sooner than I expected (I live on the west coast in the United States). I ordered this “nightgown” in rose. I think the color is quite similar to the picture, perhaps a little bit lighter- I am very happy with the color. I did not realize I was assuming the lace would be the same color as the fabric, so when the dress arrived with rose silk and white lace I was a bit surprised. I ended up removing the lace because I wanted a subtler look. I am pleased with how it turned out. Overall this is a stunning dress; You can tell it was made with care. Thank you Lelasilk!

4 out of 5 starsDress was beautifully made. I found the wrap ties for the skirt a bit over complicated and it made it difficult to get the hem line even - there were always two longer points when the ties started to loosen. This dress would be great with a fixed skirt.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange
We will accept Exchange items if they meet the following guidelines:
-Contact us within 3 days and return items within 21 days
-Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original labels attached
-Returns must be sent back to our address in Hanoi, Vietnam with proof of purchase
-Buyer is responsible for any charge to return and 20-40% restocking fee.

Care instructions
For Cotton - Linen
-With washing machine: In washing bag, please choose Cotton/ Linen washing option. Best to hand-wash with cold water.
-Iron/steam on the wrong side (the inside), only with Cotton/Linen washing option. Hang flat to dry - Please do not dry with Dryer.
For Silk - Silk Blend - Velvet
Washing:
-Hand-wash with cold water: Rub gently with cold water to release stains, use lemon juice to keep the natural dye stays longer. Hang flat to dry - Please do not squeeze or dry with Dryer.
-With washing machine: In washing bag, please choose Silk washing option.
-Iron slightly on the wrong side (the inside) to avoid crushing silk texture, with lowest temperature setting for silk. Best with steaming iron.

Fabric Composition - Silk Blend
Silk Blend
This material is specially designed with the aim of minimizing human impact on the environment, by blending rayon with natural mulberry silk from silkworms. With the fragility of the fabric, we coated it with a thin layer of protection to prevent damage. This special blend of silk and rayon is the reason why our handmade garments are very durable and smooth.
Fabric Composition - Pure Silk
Pure Silk
Satin - Considered as the most expensive type of natural silk, our pure silk is the ideal fabric if you’re looking for an exceptional treat or gift.
It's 100 percent of mulberry fiber weaved using the most advanced Japanese technique (especially use to weave high-end Kimono). Our natural pure silk is highly recommended to use for natural dye, or sensitive skin.
Fabric Composition - Crepe de Chine
Crepe de Chine
This is an artificial silk weaved in Crepe style. We’ve chosen the best one of artificial silks - it is very breathable and soft. This fabric is printed using ecologically-safe transfer sublimation inks that provide vibrant color and strong wash durability. During the manufacturing of this fabric, there is no harm or relation to any animal or insect.
Fabric Composition - Velvet
Stretchy Velvet Blend
Our velvet blend is shimmery, thick and dense, weaved of silk - viscose with a bit of spandex for the stretch.
Non-stretch Silk Velvet
This is one of the finest velvets which is made of natural silk. It has an intense color shade. The surface is sheeny and their drapery is extremely soft. However, it is not stretchy at all, since there's no spandex added while weaved.
The velvet blend is overall thicker and heavier. The silk velvet is lighter, more flowy and more suitable for sensitive skin.
Handmade Restocking Fee
Since this is all handmade and made-to-order, it takes us awhile to cut and sew the item.
We understand that it might feel unreasonable for buyer to pay restocking fee, however, we're not a big fashion company that pays minimum wage.
We work here as partners on fair terms. In case we don't charge the restocking fee, the seamstress who made your garments will then be unpaid for the work she did.
The restocking fee is 20-40% of total cost.
Please keep this in mind before purchasing.

As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.
