5 out of 5 starsI ordered 2 silk robes, 1 for my mother for Mother’s Day and another just for myself, and I am so incredibly pleased with everything! First off, the colors are absolutely stunning and vibrant in person. Very beautiful, high quality fabrics which feel so soft on the skin as well.
I also want to note that the seller is wonderful. She responded within minutes of my initial message asking about what colors were available. I was able to continue my purchase within 10 minutes and that’s great customer service, if you ask me.
This order actually exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be making another purchase! 💖 -

5 out of 5 starsThis item just arrived and I genuinely have no words for how thankful I am for this dress It is honestly the most beautiful dress I've ever seen. I almost cried when I put it on, I know that I am going to look and feel like a million dollars on my special day. I will upload photos once I have been married. Buying a dress online is so nerve wracking but I can't recommend this shop enough. The dress looks EXACTLY how it does in the photos, the material is good quality and feels luxurious. The fit is impeccable. I would rate 1000 stars if I could. Thankyou so so much.

Sizing details
Please send in your chosen Size & COLOR in the personalization box (size guide shown in the pictures, or include your measurements in case of custom)
- Please choose your size carefully as we provided a very detailed sizing guide. We may not be able to check the notes and will mainly focus on the size you choose on your order.
- If you're not sure with sizing you can send us your information to get help before placing an order.
- For custom request, we will charge an extra 30-50% of the item cost.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange
We will accept return items if they meet the following guidelines:
-Contact me within 5 days and Return items within 21 days
-Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original labels attached
-Returns must be sent back to our address in Hanoi, Vietnam/ or in Portland, USA with proof of purchase
-Refund is issued within 72 hours if all required conditions are applied
-Buyer is responsible for any charge to return and 20% - 30% restocking fee.

Care instructions
For Cotton - Linen
-With washing machine: In washing bag, please choose Cotton/ Linen washing option. Best to hand-wash with cold water.
-Iron/steam on the wrong side (the inside), only with Cotton/Linen washing option. Hang flat to dry - Please do not dry with Dryer.
For Silk - Silk Blend - Velvet
Washing:
-Hand-wash with cold water: Rub gently with cold water to release stains, use lemon juice to keep the natural dye stays longer. Hang flat to dry - Please do not squeeze or dry with Dryer.
-With washing machine: In washing bag, please choose Silk washing option.
-Iron slightly on the wrong side (the inside) to avoid crushing silk texture, with lowest temperature setting for silk. Best with steaming iron.

Since this is all handmade and made-to-order, it takes us awhile to cut and sew the item. Well notify you when the garment is out for delivery,

Fabric Composition - Silk Blend
Silk Blend
This material is specially designed with the aim of minimizing human impact on the environment, by blending rayon with natural mulberry silk from silkworms. With the fragility of the fabric, we coated it with a thin layer of protection to prevent damage. This special blend of silk and rayon is the reason why our handmade garments are very durable and smooth.
Fabric Composition - Pure Silk
Pure Silk
Satin - Considered as the most expensive type of natural silk, our pure silk is the ideal fabric if you’re looking for an exceptional treat or gift.
It's 100 percent of mulberry fiber weaved using the most advanced Japanese technique (especially use to weave high-end Kimono). Our natural pure silk is highly recommended to use for natural dye, or sensitive skin.
Fabric Composition - Crepe de Chine
Crepe de Chine
This is an artificial silk weaved in Crepe style. We’ve chosen the best one of artificial silks - it is very breathable and soft. This fabric is printed using ecologically-safe transfer sublimation inks that provide vibrant color and strong wash durability. During the manufacturing of this fabric, there is no harm or relation to any animal or insect.
Fabric Composition - Velvet
Velvet Blend
Our velvet blend is shimmery, thick and dense, weaved of silk - viscose with a bit of spandex for the stretch.
Non-stretch Silk Velvet
This is one of the finest velvets which is made of natural silk. It has an intense color shade. The surface is sheeny and their drapery is extremely soft. However, it is not stretchy at all, since there's no spandex added while weaved.
