    What happens if I accidentally provide the incorrect shipping address?

    Packages are sent to the address entered at the time of the order only, and we are not responsible for packages not delivered due to incorrect address entry.

    Make sure to double check your address before placing an order. If the package has not yet been shipped, we can cancel and refund your order, and you can re-order with the correct shipping address. 

    If the package has already been mailed, we can attempt to contact USPS and have it redirected, however the process costs a minimum of $12.15. If it is not returned to us, and tracking is marked as "delivered" to the original address, there is nothing we can do. If the package is returned to us, you may pay the cost of shipping again and we will send the item out to the new address.

    Are you available to create a custom product for me?

    At this time, we do not currently offer custom orders. However, if you need a combined shipping discount for an international order, we can create a custom listing for you.

    How long will my order take to arrive?

    After you receive a shipping notification:

    Domestic orders generally take 2-3 business days to arrive.

    International orders vary widely with shipping.
    Here are some estimates:

    USPS First-class: 1-7 weeks
    USPS Priority Mail: 6-10 business days
    USPS Express Mail: 3-5 business days

    You can always request a shipping service not shown and we will work to the best of our ability to follow through.

    How has shipping been affected by the pandemic?

    The estimated shipping times above were given before the pandemic.
    The time it takes to deliver a package has increased, and there is an increase in undelivered packages.

    For international orders: please check with your local post about incoming parcel restrictions. Some countries are limiting packages from the United States, and it is very possible for what would normally be an air shipment to be sent by sea, increasing the time of shipment to over a month.

    Although domestic orders are generally safer than international orders, we urge everyone to please consider these risk before ordering.

    What if my order doesn't arrive, but I provided the correct shipping address?

    Unfortunately, this has happened due to the pandemic. We will handle these on a case-by-case basis due to the vastly different situations in shipping.
