Creating is my life, passion, and true love.

I am a wife, mother, and creator. I studied Digital Arts Web Design in college, although I took many classes outside my degree. Needless to say, I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do; I just wanted to create beautiful things.

I currently work as a freelance web designer, and while I love my work, I still have many creating interests! Such as painting, crochet, scrapbooking, and of course, sewing! My interests and inspirations constantly change and I love learning and creating new things!

LemonLee Dolls was born when my daughter's 5th birthday was quickly approaching and I had no idea what to get her! That's when I decided that I would make her something special instead. She LOVED her doll and so did many our of friends and family. I started getting many requests to make and sell my dolls, so LemonLee was created! It is my passion to create wonderful and beautiful things for others to cherish forever.

My amazing husband and three beautiful children will always come first to me. So if there is ever a delay in my reply or design work, it is almost always because my family requires my attention. I appreciate your patience and understanding and know I am one person working as hard as I can for the ones I love! Supporting small business means so much more than you know.

LemonLee Dolls features handmade custom dolls and animals created by me, Megan Lee. I graduated college with an AA in Digital Arts Web Design. I come from a background of many hobbies, ranging from embroidery to scrapbooking, from painting to crochet, and many in between. I have a passion for creating; it is my life and true love.

All my items are created in a simple home that is smoke free, but kitty and puppy friendly.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Requests for returns must be made within 4 days of the item arrival to you.

If a return is taking place, buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. I will not refund the shipping costs.

Item must be received in perfect condition before refund is issued. You will be refunded purchase price minus etsy and/or paypal fees.

Custom orders are NOT RETURNABLE. Due to the customized work and made to order nature of the item, I just can’t accept these items back. If I have sent you the wrong item, please contact me right away, as that is a different situation.

I accept payments through Paypal and credit cards directly through Etsy.

Please confirm your Etsy address, as I will ship to this address. It is helpful to have the same address if paying through Paypal, as I will compare to ensure accuracy. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that their shipping addresses are correct.

Custom orders of any kind must be paid for in full before creating begins.
Shipping
As the buyer, you are responsible for making sure your shipping address is up to date in Etsy. I use your Etsy address as the main shipping address. However, to avoid confusion, please ensure that your Paypal address matches as well.

Standard shipping is USPS First-Class.
If you require expedited shipping, please contact me BEFORE purchasing.

I will insure packages upon request only.
I will include delivery confirmation/tracking with all packages.

At this time I am only offering shipping within the United States until there is a demand for International shipping. Please message for more information or for shipping requests.

Would you like your item gift-wrapped? Contact me for more information!

If an item has been delayed in arrival, please let me know! If 20 days has passed for a standard delivery within the U.S. I can offer you a refund or replacement. The same policy stands for International deliveries after six weeks of no delivery.

Should an item arrive damaged, please contact me! I will ask for a photo and description of the condition of the item and packaging so I can better prepare the item in the future.

Please double check—triple check! —All details requested for purchase, especially custom orders. I will contact you if details are missing and will not ship until confirmation from you. I may cancel your order and refund your money within 5 days if no communication has occurred. Let’s not have this happen!
