It all started with my Granny – Lemons Card Co. I grew up watching my Granny sit at her kitchen table for at least 3-4 hours a day writing cards. She probably sends 100 or more cards a month. These cards don’t go to JUST the people she knows well either – she writes to strangers.. friends of friends.. even PRISONERS – she shows them and tells them about the love of Jesus. Isn’t that wild? Loving people who have done terrible things in their lives.. she loves them like Jesus does. She doesn’t know a stranger – she’s feisty and full of life.

I started making cards for my granny – I wanted her to have unique and one of a kind cards to send. Then, I started making the cards for myself to send out, once people started to see my cards – they loved them and wanted them for their own – and so, Lemons Card Co was born! I of course, wanted to do more than just cards. I wanted to make things I knew I could make beautiful and put my love into. So, rest assured, anything from me, I’ve put all my love into it. While Lemons Card Co isn’t my livelihood – it’s one of the most important things I do.

I love having the opportunity to make people unique cards, paintings, drawings, and crafts that make them smile. I want to tell as many people as I can about my Granny Greene - because they see the love of Jesus through her story - which is what matters most. It's a lesson for all of us to learn to become LOVE.
