Please take a look to the following policies fro any doubt or info you want to deepen.
Policies are written in English and Italian Language.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
At the moment I accept payment only via Paypal or a Postepay recharge (only or Italy).

For any question about it or matter or possibility to pay with other methods, please: before leaving my shop, ask my first privately :3
Shipping is estimated between 3-5 business days.
Delivery times varies from country to country, everyone know delivery times of own country so if you see your order doesn't come after the necessary times, please let me know with a private message. I recommend you to choose the Registered Mail service to avoid this kind of matters, check the following point (Shipping costs) to see how doing.

Shipping costs are related to the price of ordinary basic shipping with Poste Italiane service. This kind of shipping does not provide for the letter traceability. If you wish to receive a further guarantee of delivery, will be made ​​a further payment to cover the costs of the Registered Letter.

Costs of Registered Letter (RL) will vary from country to country, so it's not easy doing now an estimate of the difference. Please, before purchasing the item, let me know if you're interested to receive the letter via RL so I can report you some cost infos in advance.

The advantage of RL it's you can have a track number to check the shipping of your order, in addition there is a further guarantee that the letter does not get lost.

If you decide anyway to choose the ordinary basic shipping, this advantages will not be given, so I don't assume any responsibility I won't assume any responsibility for any damage, loss or delay.

✔ note for USA: no matter in shipping items by letter mode, but I wont ship any item by pack mode to the USA countries because of a strong control to the customhouse of the States that could stop the delivery and not make arrive the pack to the receiver.
Refunds and Exchanges
!IMPORTANT: Read this before to give me bad or neutral feedbacks! We can agree talking in advance!


1. At the moment it's extremely difficult it happens, but in the event that you receive a product not conforming to the preview of the post (accidentally sending you another product), certainly I will ship again the object you want in my expenses - NB: as soon as I got back the wrong product -. They will be evaluated on a case-by-case any compensation on purchases.
The change won't take place until the wrong object won't be received back.

If the product in question would pose of defects, I'll contact you in advance to make it known. It may happen that some hand-made products are not perfect, but not be discarded. They are then offered you to our customers and, depending on the size of the defect, I may consider a discount.
You are free to accept, if you want a perfect product intact and are willing to grant me with you for a commission and its implementation times.

2. As stated in the section "Shipping Policies", in order to avoid losses or delays of the letter, please contact me to make a Registered Letter.
If you decide to proceed with the postal ordinary, I do not assume any liability in case of loss or delay of the letter, therefore there are no refunds.
To ensure that your purchases are damaged, I will pack them in the best way possible and most of all it is not my intention to send broken or compromised products (see point 1), so I take no responsibility for any damage by the postal service.
However, if you feel that the packaging was not enough, you are requested to contact me and attach any photos that show the contents of the letter.

3. Depending on the case it will be possible to make an product exchange or a refund.
Will be assessed any shipping cost refunds or purchase.
