LetsBacktrack's Shop Policies
I think we all create our own worlds whether we want to admit it or not. I know I do. I did it again today when I stopped at a random barn sale and picked up a brown 1930’s suitcase and deco silk scarf. I’m forever surrounding myself with pieces of the past. I know a lot of people share my enthusiasm and love for days gone by and that’s why I want to share some of my designs here at Let’s Backtrack.

For the U.S. I ship USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.
International orders vary. For international orders, the buyer will pay for duties and other international fees. You can purchase extra insurance and tracking if you'd like. I am not responsible for items lost in the mail for international orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my utmost to create and sell quality items. I take the time to pre-shrink the material before I cut out and sew each garment. I measure each piece once it's finish and list the approximate measurements and what size I think it is. In every way possible I try to accurately represent the item listed. In return, I ask that you take note of the photo, the size, and most importantly, the measurements. If you are interested in a dress in my shop, measure a dress of your own and compare sizes.
If you purchase an item from me and it does not fit, I will give you credit for the item / you may exchange it for something else in my shop.
If you purchase an item from me and you decide you don't like it, I will give you credit for the item / you may exchange it for something else in my shop.
If, however, I have misrepresented the item in some way and you contact me within 48 hours you may return the item for a refund. I will then expect to receive the item back within 7 days. I will happily issue a refund for the cost of the item (I am not able to refund the cost of shipping) granted the item is returned to me in the same condition it was in when sent. Also, I request that all returned items are sent with Delivery Confirmation and that the Delivery Confirmation number is sent to me once the package is mailed.
