Requests for reserving items for long periods of time may require a deposit. Reservation are generally handled per request, however requesting a reserve on an item and cancelling after more than one week will be subject to a 10% restock fee, with an additional 2% for every week thereafter.
Our processing time is 1-4 business days at the moment. Sometimes we might print a label and send it out the next day or so, in any case the 4 max business day processing time will be honored unless something out of the ordinary comes up in which case we'll let you know ASAP.
Refunds and Exchanges
We cannot accept returns unless the issue is something that we did not cover from our end. If we neglected to note some sort of significant defect to the item and you would still like to keep it (e.g. a blemish or tear), please let us know and we will work with you to cover the cleaning or repair. In such cases, we ask that you send us a receipt to show the cost of the cleaning/mending for our records and so we can send you an exact refund. If it's an issue you prefer to handle yourself we'll determine the refund on a case by case basis, however we generally will not offer more than 15% of the cost of the item as a refund.
If you qualify for a full or partial you must let us know within 2 days of receipt, after which we will no longer accept such requests. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of returns. If you return something on false pretenses you'll be reported and the package will either be refused and returned to you, or you will be charged a restocking fee to be determined on a case by case basis.
