How do I request a custom order?
After adding the item to your cart, look for a box that says "Add an optional note to seller". It is in this box you can provide your custom text so we can create your unique and personalized print.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 2-4 business days. Actual turnaround time may be shorter or longer depending on workload.
Transit times once the item is shipped are not guaranteed, but usually average 3-5 days.
Will I receive my order by Christmas?
All orders will be shipped no later than the USPS holiday mailing deadlines posted at https://www.usps.com/holiday/holiday-shipping-dates.htm.
While these are only suggestions and delays can still occur, we cannot guarantee delivery or transit times and will be getting orders out as quickly as possible.
Are frames included?
Frames are not included. After COVID-19 and restrictions put on our frames suppliers, we switched to a print only shop. This saves on shipping and allows you to find the perfect frame based on your style tastes and preferences.
