Welcome to Letters Galore on Etsy. We have a sampling selection available but the bulk of what we can do is custom orders for you. Let us help you design your custom letters, numbers, monograms, shapes and more. The possibilities are endless and only limited by your imagination. Contact us and we will work with you.

Sorry, but as all of our products are custom made, we do not accept returns.
Unfortunately, with the high volume involved, it is not feasible to allow changes or cancellations after 3 days from date of order.
Just to give you an idea about the process... we take all orders, as they are entered, and move them into production scheduling. We produce Letters & Numbers, Shapes and Monograms and each of these product lines are run through our CNC Router on their scheduled production days. When we cut, the sizes and details have already been optimized into the sheet dimensions. Because of this, orders, once they have been entered into the system, cannot be cancelled and removed without upsetting the diagram and utilization of the materials. This would cause additional waste of materials and potentially delay many other customer's orders.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Payment
We accept Credit Cards right here on Etsy as well as PayPal. We can also take phone orders if you would rather. Please call us M-F 8-8 est. at 804-381-9146 to place a CC order by phone.
Many items are available for immediate order or we can create a custom listing, reserved just for you. Once you have placed your order... Please process payment as soon as possible so we can produce your order. Please contact us if you have any special payment needs. In the event we cannot agree, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. We also have the right to partially refund payment if we have incurred any fees by Etsy or PayPal for processing.
Shipping
Our standard production time is 1-2 week for unpainted and 2-3 weeks for painted. We do offer rush orders for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.

Most all orders are shipped via USPS. If you need a method other than USPS... Please advise us and we will see what we can do.
All shipping prices are for Contiguous U.S. We can ship to AK and HI for an additional fee.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you have any questions at all, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK! We check our messages multiple times throughout the day, so you can typically expect a response quickly during regular business hours.

All of our items are custom produced. Most all of our items are produced from Interior Grade Baltic Birch plywood. If a painted product is requested, we use interior latex satin finish paints. Keep in mind that paint colors may fade in time due to exposure to UV and other light sources. Any other options need to be discussed, in advance of ordering, to determine the appropriate customization charges. Once you see something you like, either place your order through the specific listing (if applicable), or contact us and we will set up a "Reserved Listing" for you to use ASAP and send you a link to it.

If you need a Reserved Listing, please be sure to include any of the following information that would pertain to your order...
1. Size of letters
2. Font
3. Letter colors
5. Anything else that you think may be helpful...We want to ensure that your order is done exactly as you want it.

Can you paint colors other than the ones you have listed?

Absolutely! For a small fee... you can choose a color sample chip from just about any major brand. See our page at https://www.etsy.com/listing/209223733/custom-paint-upcharge-add-on-to-any to add this to any painted listing. (Can't be added to unpainted listings)
