Expensive for a short digital account, but obviously harrowing experiences

There were some things I never heard of before. I highly recommend.

Item didn't arrive, after first being told that it had been sent and then 4 weeks later still not having it I was then told that she needed to find a new printing company because they were the issue. I was told i would receive it soon and another 4 weeks later STILL NOTHING and now NO RESPONSE. Very disappointed as now feel like this is a big fat scam and I want my money back!

I never received the book and haven't received answers from Brooke after initial inquiry. She asked me to let her know after waiting a few more days of my initial contact, if the book wasn't received. I asked that it be re sent at first, but later requested a refund as shipping maybe back logged. I am still waiting for a response as it's coming upon a month and still no book. I inquired of her to let me know if there was a delay or something else happening.
