Lettie Lovie Children's Co is a family owned and operated Etsy shop, run by us, Olivia and Mackenzie, sister-in-laws turned best friends!
In 2020, we created our private label, Lettie Lovie Children's Co. After vetting manufacturers, we can confidently say, we have found our trusted team to help bring our designs to life. We pride ourselves on offering our customers quality, unique, neutral pieces at affordable prices. Our products are designed in Erie, PA with large majority of them manufactured with the help of our long-time production partners overseas. Unfortunately, we do not have the capability/tools to manufacture and meet the demand for many of our designs. We take pride in our LLCC designs as well as in our manufacturers as these are two very special components of our shop. All of our products are designed, branded and quality checked in house (literally in Olivia's basement).
Just recently, we have been able to commit ourselves full time to our small business. Because of this, we are currently in the middle of a revamp and have decided to add more products that are 100% our blood, sweat and tears - Be sure to check out our NEW digital products.
Lettie has been a positive distraction and brightened our spirits in some of the darkest times through our journeys to becoming moms. When you support Lettie Lovie, you are not only supporting us but the community of women & mothers we are working to build. Due to the nature of the dying process, you can expect to see variations in the dye among/within each piece. -
We strongly suggest hand washing hand-dyed items when possible. If not wash in cold water with like-colored clothing.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Please let us know if this is a gift, we will write a personal letter with the gift. We will also make sure the price is not on the item!
Where do you get your items?
Many of our accessories, as well as crocheted and embroidered items are handmade by Co-Owner Olivia and her mother. Certain components of production, all our marketing, and the majority of our photography are done in house by us, Olivia & Mackenzie. All of our hand-dyed items are dyed by us in Erie, PA. We do not have the capability/tools to manufacture and meet the demand for many of our clothing designs therefore we work with our long time production partners overseas. We take pride in our LLCC designs as this is a very special part of our shop. All LLCC designs are branded and quality checked before placed on our site and shipped out!
Our digital products are 100% our designs, created and sold as Lettie Lovie originals, created by us
Custom and personalized orders
We don't do custom clothing orders. A few of our digital products have the capability to be customized, please reach out if you have any questions.
Sizing details
We try to put information regarding the sizing in our product descriptions. If you are ever concerned about the sizing of an item, please reach out to us through Etsy or social media. We usually respond within a 24 hours.
Care instructions
We suggest washing all hand-dyed items in cold water with like-colored clothing. To avoid bleeding at all costs, we suggest washing the first few times alone.
We suggest washing our more delicate products by hand or on a gentle cycle.
Wholesale availability
We do offer a unique wholesale policy, if you are interested, please reach out.
Do you accept returns?
Yes we do! We ask that you reach out within 7 days of receiving the order and let us know you would like to return. You are responsible for return shipping, items must be unworn with tags attached. Returns can be sent to Lettie Lovie Children's Co. 10319 N Park Dr. Lake City, PA 16423. Once we receive your return we will process your refund, assuming your product(s) meets our return standards.
*Products bought on sale and/or digital products are not eligible for returns.
Do you accept exchanges?
No, we do not. This is a policy we recently changed. If you would like an exchange you will need to pay return shipping for your items and we will process the refund, assuming they meet our return standards (unworn with tags attached). If you would prefer another size/color, you will need to repurchase the item. This will help with inventory issues and help eliminate us having to hold products.
