Very pretty cover and it makes any pant look special. Great idea. I gave this to my niece because the turquoise with the magenta flects perfectly matches her decor. She loves it and is planning on putting a cactus in it. Her BF wants a barrel cactus. I think that it will look great!
Who knew that learning how to knit a simple washcloth would soon turn into a whole knitting business?
When I was only 12, I had no clue that this new learned skill would eventually make me money. After my Aunt taught me how to knit simple washcloths, I began to teach myself different patterns and stitches. Through the years my knowledge of knitting grew as did my love for it. I've always been the entrepreneur in my family and my Grandfather often tells me I could sell ice to eskimos. When I discovered Etsy, I was ecstatic. Being only 15 at the time, my parents helped me set up my Etsy store and get started. My knitting process is really a funny thing. I always start off with an idea or vision in my head of what I want to knit. The simplest things can inspire these ideas, whether it's photos or a book I'm reading. The full idea comes into my head as I begin knitting. I rarely follow knitting patterns so no 2 items are ever the same. When I'm done with knitting something, I'm always itching to take pictures of it. I'm very fortunate to have great friends who often come over for photo shoots to model my accessories.
My goal is to knit fashionable and unique accessories that my buyers will love. Through my Etsy store I hope to inspire other young people who have big dreams.

For about 6 years I've been knitting and getting better each day. I'm so thankful for Etsy and the opportunities it's given me. I'm just a college girl with a lot to learn but as I gain experience I hope for my store to grow and flourish.
