Once an item has been shipped, the sale is final. If there is a problem with the item, I will gladly replace the item if it's an item that can be replaced (pillows, towels, etc).

You may cancel an order if the item has not been shipped yet (unless it's a custom order and I already made the item). I usually ship items within a day or two, so if you need to cancel an order please let me know as soon as possible. If an item arrives damaged, I will definitely work with you to get the problem resolved.

For custom made towels (that require a special graphic) I will need you to go ahead and pay for the item before I create the graphic. Thanks for your understanding.

We do our best to ship your order (non-custom) by the next business day. We usually don't ship on Saturdays so that we can spend time with our friends and family. Let us know if you need something rushed and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Domestic Shipping - I use First Class USPS for shipping items under 13oz which takes 2-5 business days with the US. Anything over 13oz goes Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days. I do not offer overnight shipping because the USPS doesn't offer overnight shipping. They do offer 2 day Express shipping, which in my opinion is a rip off, because a lot of times Priority only takes 2 business days.

International Shipping - If the item(s) are under 4lbs I use USPS First Class Shipping which usually takes around 15 business days. Over 4lbs it will ship Priority which takes 5-10 business days.

I live in Atlanta too, can we meet up so I can avoid paying shipping?
I'm sorry, we cannot accommodate requests to meet up or let you come pick your order up. We do sell locally at several shops in and around Atlanta. Please contact us and we will let you know the shops near you and you can contact them to see if they have the item(s) in stock.

Can you gift wrap this for me?
All orders come wrapped in twine with care instructions - pretty and ready to give as a gift! (Onesies come wrapped in tissue paper as well). Please leave a note when checking out if you want me to include a short note if you are shipping directly to the recipient.

Can you leave out the receipt/Can you send me a receipt?
I never include a printed receipt in the package, I figure there's no sense in wasting paper. You will have a digital copy of your receipt. Your receipt can be found under "your account" and then "purchases and reviews". There is a button on the right that says "view receipt".

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, I do offer wholesale pricing. Please contact me for details.

What's your turn around time?
It varies, but usually orders go out within a day or two, unless it's custom or a really large quantity. And keep in mind, I don't work as hard on the weekends (gotta take a break sometimes). So, if you order something on Friday, it's probably not going to go out until Monday. Please send me a message if you have questions.

Can you print this picture of a picture/recipe that I took with my cell phone?
No... I'm not trying to make things harder for you - but a picture of a recipe that you took with your camera phone (or any camera) isn't going to print very well. Trust me, scan it in - you'll thank me when it looks WAY prettier. I know I advertise that I can print your photograph on to a towel - but just trust me - recipes and your child's artwork will look better scanned.
