Accepted payment methods

Payment
Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase. If payment or notice of pending e-cheque is not received within 24 hours, sale may be canceled and item relisted.
Shipping
If your item is a ready to ship item, it will be shipped within 3 business days of payment received. If you choose to pay with an e-cheque, your item will be shipped within 3 business days of the clearance of the e-cheque. If your item is a custom or a made to order item, your item could take up to two weeks to make before it is shipped. I will mark your item as shipped once it goes to the post. Please check my main shop announcement for current turnaround times.

Shipping is standard shipping. Your item is not guaranteed to have insurance and/or tracking unless worked out with me before purchase. Please note that I am in Canada, so allow time for customs if necessary. If you require item by a specific date, please contact me BEFORE purchasing item to confirm that such a thing is possible. I am not responsible for the package once it leaves my hands, and if you have not requested insurance/tracking, am not responsible for lost and/or damaged packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges unless item is grossly misrepresented. If you did not specifically request insurance on your package, and it gets lost in the mail, you will not be refunded any money.
