However, although I knew the measurements of the item when I purchased it, when I actually received it I decided it was smaller than I wanted. Fortunately, the owners’ of the shop were very understanding of this, and although they didn’t have to, they went out of their way to rectify the situation to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. At a reduced price they sent me the larger cross - letting me keep the original, which I gifted to a child. Who offers that kind of service in this day and age? It was most unexpected, and extremely kind. Throughout, the owner’s were polite, helpful and generous. Thank you very much indeed for the beautiful cross; I am 100% happy with my purchase, and with the impeccable service.
