I will ship your purchase after payment has been made and confirmed. I ship USPS.

Shipping

International Customers:
Packages usually take 7-10 days to reach you. However, because of routing issues and customs, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. I will not put "gift" or a lower amount of value on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am sorry but there are no refunds but you can exchange your purchase for a item of similar cost.

My beads are annealed. If the bead is damaged please return the bead and I will replace it. For a replacement I must receive the damaged bead back.

The glass flowers should be treated with care and I send them to you in a box. When you are not wearing it please store it in the box.
