Hello, my name is Stephanie and I am the creative juices behind Handmade Cuddles.

I was born in the UK, and moved to the Netherlands in 2009 (for the one I love). I took the opportunity of a fresh start to pursue my love of crafting and my handmade business began.

I began by making fleece cushion covers for kids. I made a range of them in bold, bright and happy colours with different designs on the front. As time passed I explored different craft materials and learnt new skills and in 2011 I expanded my shop range to include fabric dolls, and other decorative pieces for children's room.

In 2013 I was hit by changes to the postal services which meant I could no longer ship items that did not fit through a letter box (without a huge shipping cost). The change meant I had to rethink my business and stop selling some of my loved creations. In the end this has been a great thing and I launched my range of felt garlands. These have been meet with much love, and my most popular to date is my original rainbow star garland.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Customer service and satisfactions is very important to me.
Please be sure to read the entire product description and store policies before purchasing. If you have an questions regarding an item I will be happy to answer them.

If there is a problem with your order please contact me asap and I will work my best to resolve the issue.

Would you like to make a change to your order? Send me a message asap and if I have not yet shipped your order it can be cancelled or amended at no fee (excluding custom orders). Custom orders can be amended for an additional fee if not already shipped.

If your order has already arrived and you would like to return it please send me a message to return the product and recieve a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable. I will process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your returned package.

Custom orders are excluded from refund unless faulty, but if you are not happy, please still contact me and I will see what options we have.
Payment
I accept payment via Etsy Checkout and PayPal.

Payment should be received within 24 hours, if you are experiencing any problems in sending your payment please let me know and I can hold your order for you.

If I do not receive payment I will first contact you, and if after 48 hours I have not received a response or payment I will cancel your order.

All custom and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, so please check what your countries policy are before ordering.
Shipping
Most items in my shop are all ready made before I list them. For these items I usually dispatch within 48 hours of payment being received. (Exceptions may apply during busy sale periods, check shop announcement)
Custom orders will be dispatched with 3-5 work days.

I ship worldwide from The Netherlands, Europe. I use regular priority Air Mail (no tracking number).
Estimated Delivery Times:
◘ The Netherlands - 1 to 3 business days
◘ UK & Europe - 4 to 7 business days
◘ Rest of the World - 2 to 4 weeks

Packages sent to the US and Australia can take up to 4 weeks due to the delays in customs. Your patience is highly appreciated in these cases.
