Who would have thought...

A time when executives and construction workers became teachers for their home schooled children, when store shelves were empty and we learned how to bake bread. A time when pet adoption went through the roof. Families played together, crafted together, gardened together and cooked together. My name is Diana Jakowchuk (DJ): I am a 67 year old widow and mother and grandmother of a 20 year old granddaughter and 17 year old grandson.

Life can feel pretty chaotic for the do-it-all mom or dad. This year has brought on new challenges that required us all to rethink what we do, how we live and the importance of family, fur babies and friends. We went back to the basics of cooking together, and taught our children "fractions" while measuring the ingredients in homemade bread. We used glue and glitter and paint to make cards and gifts. We planted a garden and made things grow. It was messy at times, but oh so much fun!

What we create here is so much more than a simple apron or dog bandanna. Our personalized gifts are great in the kitchen, the garden or for those "blooming artists". Our aprons make a statement, are functional, easy care and most of all fun! When the family is together you can bet your pup is right there too! Get a custom dog bandanna to match!

At the end of the day after all the cooking is done and dishes are clean throw the aprons in the wash and the kids in the tub. Relax and have a cup of coffee and a treat! You deserve it. Your aprons will be ready when you are for the next adventure!

I hope my embroidered aprons and bandanna's will create a sense of happiness, joy, memories and family unity. We can't wait to make you a part of our growing Life Has Just Begun family.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Returns and exchange details
I strive to create an excellent product and pride myself on customer service.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personalized or custom orders. These orders cannot be resold, therefore we ask that you please contact us with any questions before making a purchase. In the event I have made an error with your order, we will correct at our own expense.

If you didn't absolutely love your standard order (does not include personalized or custom), we are happy to refund your purchase after the item arrives back to us. Please message us via ETSY within 7 days of the items arrival. We DO NOT COVER your return shipping to us. Once the order has arrived and we have inspected it for damage, we will issue a refund.

If your non custom order didn't work out and you would like to exchange it, please contact us within 7 days of the items arrival. Exchanged orders must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unused, unopened in order for us to accept an exchange. We DO NOT COVER your shipping back to us.

We don't goof often, but if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect, please don't hesitate to let us know within 7 days so that we can fix your order ASAP.

PROCESSING TIME:
Processing time for our products vary. Processing times are Business Days Monday thru Friday. Does not include Weekends or Holidays. Processing Does Not include ship time. Shipping is controlled by USPS.

ACCEPTING FRONT OF THE LINE SHIPPING:
Need your order by a certain date? Though we do not currently offer shipping upgrades, we WILL do our best to ship your order out quickly for you if it is needed in a hurry. We cannot make a " definite guarantee" that your order will arrive by the deadline needed if the time frame is steep- but we will bump your order to the front of our processing. Please indicate in the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout:
-The date your order is needed by
-Your Shipping State and Zip Code
We may need to message you on Etsy if your deadline is too steep or if we do not believe we can accommodate your deadline. This message will also automatically be forwarded to the email used for your Etsy account but may be filtered into spam.
*Please Note: Front-of-the-line shipping is not available during our busy seasons, such as Holiday-Time.

NO RUSH-ORDERS
Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately can not offer Rush Shipping. If you have any questions about our shipping times, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
We only ship within the United States. We do not offer International Shipping. Orders withing the US are shipped via USPS and have an estimated delivery time of 2-9 businesses days depending on your location. This does not include the time it takes us to process your order and does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping times listed are "close" but not guaranteed as a number of factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands (such as weather, the holiday season, etc). For this reason, we are not responsible for the time in which a package travels once it has been accepted .

IF AN ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE BY THE EXPECTED DATE:
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know via private message. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution.

IF AN ORDER IS MARKED "UNDELIVERED":
If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as "Undelivered" and will usually be shipped back to us. Once we receive our return order, we will request and edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a reshipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.

To track your shipped order, visit the tab labeled "Purchases and Reviews" within your ETSY account. Within this tab, you'll find all of your existing orders, as well as your tracking.

DATA RETENTION

I generally keep your data, privately secured within my Etsy account (sold order receipts) for the following time period: 4 years. I only download your personal data when printing USPS shipping labels direct through Etsy's shipping service in order to print these labels from home, and I promptly delete these files after completing and shipping your order.

TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE OF EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.
