Hi there! Welcome to my Etsy shop. I am so glad you stopped by my policies page. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send me a convo and I will be more than happy to assist you. Currently, I am employed full time, therefore, I do not have access to my Etsy account during the day. However, I do check my account as soon as I come home, so I will usually respond within 24 hours. Payment is due at time of check out. No extensions or exceptions. Any incomplete transactions will be canceled and the item will be re-listed.

Payment is accepted via PayPal only - however, you can use your credit card without having a PayPal account! Please refer to the link below. It shows step by step instructions, including pictures. It is very helpful in guiding you through your secure purchase.

Every item is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and then padded with various reusable/recycle-able packing materials.

For the smaller items, such as jewelry, I ship USPS first class mail. For larger items, such as bowls or candle holders, I ship Priority Mail using USPS flat rate boxes to minimize time in transit. This way, I always know how much it will cost to ship the item(s) and there will be no overage charges to you, the customer. :) However, if you need the item(s) expedited, the cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Since glass is a very breakable material, I automatically add insurance. It is $1.75 for any item(s) up to $50 and $2.25 for any item(s) up to $100. As a bonus for adding this service, I can track the package if it gets lost.

According to, it can take up to 3 days for a package to arrive at its destination, however the date of delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery by a specific date at a specific time is not available. If you need the item(s) by a certain date, please convo me BEFORE you purchase the item and I will get a quote for the expedited shipping costs so I can adjust the listing.

I will ship to your Etsy address unless you indicate otherwise. I am not responsible for items that are not received due to an incorrect address.

I like to save a tree when possible, so if you purchase more than one item, I will combine everything into one package.

Overpaid shipping (over $1.75) will be refunded.


If you have any questions or concerns, please convo me BEFORE purchase, and I will answer any and all questions to the best of my knowledge. If I have to contact the Post Office for an answer, I will let you know that I am working on the question and get a response for you ASAP.
Refunds and Exchanges
*Shipping costs to return/exchange an item is the responsibility of the buyer. If you are exchanging an item, the replacement item will be shipped at no cost to the buyer*

I accept returns or exchanges, no questions asked. Please contact me to arrange a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Please understand that my return policy is for the confidence and convenience of my customers; the time limit is for my mental health. :)

I add insurance to all packages leaving my hands, so if your item arrives broken, please let me know and we will start the claim process via the Post Office.

While my home is smoke free, I do share my living and creative space with a chocolate Lab named Marley. I try my best to make sure his hair doesn't get shipped along with your new piece of art but as anyone who owns a pet will tell you, that is not always 100% possible. :)

I do my absolute best to accurately depict the items I list in my shop via photographs and descriptions. Colors may vary from monitor to monitor. A unique characteristic of Dichroic glass is the way the colors will shift from one to another, so reading the description of the color is very important. Also, I do not engage in any "bait and switch" tactics. The item shown in the photographs is the item you are purchasing.


Some of the items I list are considered rare, hard to obtain or one of a kind. Should one of these items break during shipping, I will most likely not have the ability to replace them. I will indicate an item's scarcity in the listing.


I will wait for the buyer to leave feedback first so I know that you are happy with your purchase. I will then leave positive feedback for you. Please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback. I will do my best to rectify any issues. Thanks!!
