Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receipt. I will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase (minus shipping costs) once I receive the item in its original condition. Shipping on all returned items is at the expense of the buyer. Life in the Sass Lane is not responsible for items damaged during shipping; please contact the USPS for insurance claims.
Payment
Life in the Sass Lane accepts PayPal, credit cards via Etsy's direct checkout, Etsy gift cards and money orders. Money orders must be received within 5 business days of transaction. Kindly keep me posted on the status of money orders.

Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of the transaction.

I will happily reserve a listing for you and adjust shipping costs when necessary. Listings will be reserved for a period of 24 HOURS.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of the cleared payment. I ship all orders via USPS (which service depends on size and weight of item and destination). I ship all books and media via USPS Media Mail service, but will upgrade at the expense of the buyer upon request. I will gladly combine shipping on multiple items. For international buyers, if you do not see your country listed in the shipping options please ask me about international shipping. International buyers are expected to pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees (please do not ask me to falsify customs documents in order for you to avoid those fees).

I believe in reducing, reusing, and recycling and therefore reuse shipping materials whenever possible.

Items will be shipped to the address entered by seller during Etsy checkout. Life in the Sass Lane is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses entered by buyer.
