Customer service is #1 to me. My business has grown though word of mouth and that means the world to me. High quality, beautiful wearable art, and exceptional customer service - that's what keeps customers coming back for more LIFE IS ROSEY jewelry. I want to make sure you become a return customer too! I don't begin work on custom pieces until I receive payment.
Each LIFE IS ROSEY piece is custom made to order, so the turnaround time is 10 BUSINESS DAYS. After that, if you’re in the U.S., the item ships USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days. All US orders include a tracking number. When your order ships you'll get a notification that it's in the mail.
If you are shipping outside the US, your package will ship USPS First Class Mail with no tracking number. Please allow 10 business days for creating the piece and up to 3 weeks for shipping. It usually gets there faster, but because I have no control over your country’s customs process, allow up to 3 weeks for it to arrive. You'll know your order has shipped when you receive a notification from that saying that it's in the mail.

Refunds and Exchanges
My work is custom, handmade just for you. If I make a mistake on your custom piece, I will fix it FREE OF CHARGE. If you make a mistake when telling me what stamping you want on the piece, I will charge a reasonable fee for correcting the error. Please carefully check the names, dates, and phrases for spelling when placing your order! If you have an issue with quality or workmanship, please contact me immediately as I strive to make sure each and every customer is 100% satisfied.
Exchanges for non-handstamped orders (like Quote Cards) will be processed no more than 15 days after the item is received by you. Please contact me immediately if you have an issue, and I'll be happy to assist you.

I give a wholesale/quantity discount for large orders, so please let me know if you are an interested retail store.
