Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
All sales are final. I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue that I have caused. 

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm they have listed the correct color, initials, spelling, etc. in the "Note to Seller" when an order is placed. The seller is not responsible for replacing items that are the wrong color or initials if they were listed incorrectly in the "Note to Seller." However, if the seller makes a mistake based on what is listed in the "Note to Seller," your items will be replaced at no charge.

I will send detailed instructions along with any decal that needs to be applied. I cannot be responsible for any problems that occur during the application or removal process. When removing the decal, it is often recommended to use a hair dryer to loosen to vinyl for easy removal. Decals cannot be re-used.
Payment must be received before any orders are made or shipped out.
All orders are processed in the order they are received, so please allow 2-4 business days {usually sooner} before they ship. This does not include weekends.

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking is included.
