Going through work-life balance acts for fifteen years, I realized how important it is for mothers to take time out towards self care and wellness. It all started with stitching an aromatherapy eye pillow for myself to bring about relief to my tired eyes and enhance my overall well-being. That was the humble beginning of my journey, with the evolution of the wellness range under the Liv Metta brand in 2022.
