I ordered a light box for my Hermes Scarves. The product quality is top notch. The customer service is excellent. There was a little delay in timeline and a hiccup in shipping(not their fault). They took care of things elegantly to ensure my satisfaction. They threw in some nice additional light effects. The product came out beautifully. I highly recommend these guys!!

The picture is absolutely amazing. I couldn't be more happier. The seller is an amazing person that communicates with you throughout the whole process. After placing the order, the seller then sent me a number of emails and video images of the picture within the process of being made So the lights could be programmed and personalised to the speed and colour change of my preferences. I would definitely recommend this seller to all buyers from all countries. The delivery went smoothly and I was able to save money because of the efficiency of the documentation at customs. This mesmerizing amazing jellyfish piece of art is completely customized to create the colors and movement out of lighting to look so realistic! Samples of your ideas and colors are sent prior to ordering. No one else will have the exact variation. Knowledgeable incredibly talented people to work with. Response time one day. I love this piece. It’s impressively so unique. Worth every dollar spent. A must have!

There was a minor technical issue we encountered but Ozge was incredibly helpful and responsive and helped us resolve it extremely promptly so the customer service is unmatched.
