I love the chandelier, it got hung up today. It is beautiful! Thank you for the extended kindness. The delivery, packaging, thank you card and chocolates were all enjoyed.

Wow! This is a beauty! It was packed with extreme care and arrived in perfect condition exactly when it was expected. It has transformed our family room. Honi, you are a wonderful seller, and we appreciate the little gift and your special touches... Even the way the prisms were packed was amazing. Thanks for being such a delight to buy from! We couldn't be happier. :)

Create Magic in your Home with Vintage Lighting!

LightsFantastic is celebrating our 5th year on Etsy, and would like to Thank YOU for your much-appreciated friendship, your business and your trust.

... I love to rediscover very special vintage lights ~ lights that you will enjoy owning for many years to come... 'Vintage' lights that have a history, were crafted by proud artisans, have been cherished and have survived ... to shine again for you!

I've renovated an old brick house, turned a cedar garage into a sweet cottage & built the world's smallest cabin by hand. Vintage lighting is a joyful way to create your own unique atmosphere, and bring magic and romance to every room. I always have big expectations & a small budget, so my vintage lighting will always be high quality, authentic & fair-priced.

I live in an enchanted wood nestled in the the Olympic Mountains with 3 sassy horses and 2 rescued dogs--who stay busy rescuing me! Vintage lights soften the edges of our home & add sparkle and shine to our gray, foggy environs.

If I can help you find some vintage magic to add to your world--it makes my day!
kindest regards,

At LightsFantastic we LOVE vintage lighting, your comments and your business!

These lovely vintage lighting pieces are not only utilitarian (hey, it gets dark--we need light!), but are collectable works of art. They add beauty to our homes, and set the stage for our lives.

Accepted payment methods

I accept Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account and can use your credit card or bank account to pay without sharing any personal financial information with me. It's safe, secure & its easy!

PLS NOTE: I do NOT use Etsy's payment processing, which is currently experiencing 'issues' with the processor it contracts with. (July 2016) I use only 'stand alone' Paypal, which is functioning perfectly--NO problems!
IF you are in Alaska, Hawaii or outside the continental U.S., please convo me with your city, country & postal code info BEFORE purchase for your correct shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL shipping will be considered on an individual basis. Unfortunately, due to the size of these items, it is expensive. Please convo me with your request and I am happy to make a shipping quote for a specific light.

I almost always ship USPS (because I've had fabulous service with them) and within 3 - 5 business days of cleared payment--usually sooner!

I'm on the West Coast. With large parcels, because Etsy currently has no reliable way to calculate a Buyer's shipping rate + insurance to NY as opposed to a Buyer's shipping rate to CA, I enter the most expensive shipping rate.

IF the actual shipping cost to your location is less, I refund the difference (withholding a very small amount for packing materials).

IF the actual amount is more than what I have quoted, I pay that out of my pocket. I do not make $$ on shipping --- unfortunately, it is costly to ship large items.

Every item travels FULLY INSURED to its new home.

I pack with extreme care, but if any damage occurs during transit, the Buyer has only to file a claim with USPS -- easily done online -- with photos (sometimes you need to bring the broken item to the carrier). They will pay your repair bill or if a total loss, fully reimburse you the amount of purchase . Your investment is protected.

FYI -- in literally hundreds of antique lights shipped to my Etsy friends in over 4 years, NEVER has a light been destroyed in shipping.

Once your vintage gem is on the way home to you, I email you the tracking number, so you'll know when to expect it.

If you need to have an item quickly, please request a quote for priority shipping.

I pack with great care, using recycled materials. I never purchase styrofoam, but if I have it, I put it to good use protecting your vintage treasure! Please recycle it forward--it will be here for the next hundred years--let's make it work for us!
Refunds and Exchanges
Please take the time to carefully read an item's description and review its measurements and photos. They are part of the description.

I am always willing to provide you with more photos or answer your questions!

If there is ANY problem whatsoever with your purchase, please convo me immediately--I want you to be pleased as punch!
My goal is for your purchase to exceed your expectations!

These are vintage items, and a certain amount of 'chippiness' and wear is not only normal, it is often desirable. I describe everything to the best of my ability and strive to fully disclose the history of the item if I know it.

AND because vintage chandeliers and lights are bulky to ship--not to mention expensive and time consuming--I will only accept a return & refund your purchase price if I have grossly misrepresented an item.
Additional policies and FAQs
The photographs are taken without any special-effects lenses, and posted without any artistic manipulation. If you'd like additional photos, please just ask!

I usually use clear glass bulbs (25 watt) for the photos; they are are not included. They're fragile to ship, and broken glass sprinkled throughout a box makes it far too easy for a person to slice their hand open during unpacking. Bulbs are inexpensive--a visit to the ER is not!

Vintage lighting should always be inspected by your licensed electrician before it is installed or put to use in your home. All vintage lighting in this shop is sold "as is" and without warranty.

Thank you for taking the time to read LightsFantastic shop policies!

And Thank YOU for sharing the love for vintage lighting.

I hope you enjoy your vintage treasure for many, many years to come!
