3 out of 5 starsThe idea is cute, as there are many out there this year. However, the shipping was incredibly slow and the quality just is not there. The vinyl letters were peeled over and stuck together and the mask doesn’t fit our elf. I had to put double sided tape underneath so our elf wasn’t wearing a blindfold. Overall, it’s ok but I’d recommend shopping around for a different one. This was disappointing. (I didn’t reach out to the seller because there is no point since Christmas and elf quarantine are so tight on time.)

Melissa, I'm so sorry you weren't happy with the quality of the decal, but unfortunately I couldn't understand what do you mean with the vinyl letters were peeled over. This decal as all of the others offered here, come with a transfer paper, I always make sure they are already "peeled" from the vinyl base and are sticked to the transfer paper so it's easier for the client to place on the desired surface. Also regarding the "delay" on the item, your order was placed on Sunday (11/29), my store doesn't process orders over the weekend. Your order was registered on Monday and the product is listed for up to 3 business days for processing with one day of delay due to high volume of orders, this notification was posted as announcement on my store. Your order was shipped per schedule on 12/03.

It's very sad that a client hurt a small business with a bad review for something that it's totally out of our control. This time of the year is very busy for the Post Office. Order was placed on Nov 18th, and actually shipped one day earlier than the expected scheduled date on November 20th. Your packet took almost 8 days from one regional USPS facility to another, I'm not sure about the reason, but unfortunately I cannot control how the USPS manage the packages one they receive them. Sorry for the inconvenience but one more time just found it very unfair!
