Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
Returns and exchange details
Once an initial proof had been created no refunds can be offered
Final proofs will be delivered as PDF's ready for printing on a home computer.

Handmade items will be delivered packed and sent via Royal Mail. Please note that once the items have left the studio and a postage receipt has been provided we cannot accept responsibility for any item lost in transit. For lost items a claim will be raised with Royal Mail on your behalf and a claim made up to the insured value for either £20, £50 or £250 depending on which delivery service was used.

Plagiarism is intellectual theft not flattery, and will not be tolerated! Our website and all designs on it are the property of Little Lovebird Paperie and are strictly subject to copyright. Our designs may not be reproduced, copied, redistributed, modified or downloaded in any form without prior agreement. Likewise, please do not ask us to copy the work of another company or designers.

Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain permission for the use of any images, readings or lyrics provided to us

Printed Items
Because most of our stationery is hand-finished, there may naturally be slight variations on each item. However, every effort will be made to maintain a suitable level of uniformity within each order. In the event of any materials being unavailable, we will endeavour to provide a suitable substitute with your prior approval.

Delivery (Printed)
We take every care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used. Any damages received in transit must be notified to us with 24 hours of receipt.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage, which may occur when you send the items onward to your guests. Due the embellishments, some of our items will require 'large letter' postage stamps so we advise you have the items weighed and measured at the Post Office prior to sending to your guests

Can you create single invites?

Unfortunately the designing of one invite takes just as long as designing for 50 so although I can produce one off printed versions the full design fee would be applied.
