Insurance is only included on our Priority (USPS) and Overnight (UPS) shipping choices. If you would like insurance on regular shipping, which is First Class Postage, please contact us when you place your order and we will invoice you for the difference in price. We currently only ship to a handful of international countries, due to the fact we have chosen to remove countries that constantly loose our packages and never deliver them. If your country is not shown on shipping, message me with a request to add it and I will let you know if that is possible.

International packages take as long as 4-6 weeks, depending on the country, we cannot guarantee how long a package will take, please allow extra time for shipping. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any charges/duty that your customs applies to your order on delivery. Very often the last scan that shows on our tracking number is when it leaves the USA because when it arrives in your country the postal service there does not scan our barcode. We are unable to track your item if they do not scan Custom Duties and Import VAT.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any items, especially the baby items for health reasons. Unless the item is defective and you send me photos showing the defect, at which point I will decide if I will ship a replacement, or refund your order.

We do inspect all items before shipping so as not to ship defective products.

Unfortunately, I have had customers return used items, which were not defective, so there has to be a NO RETURN policy as I cannot resell an item that was worn to be reused on a newborn.

Please read all information on the listing before ordering and make sure to order the size needed. I recommend an age sizing on all my items.
