Please excuse our under construction shop as we have recently changed names and are working as quickly as possible to clean up our policies and listings. We look forward to celebrating the new year with you with the same great service and quality we offered as Lil' Nick. Thanks so much!

Good Morning! Please remember to check turn around times before you order. I make everything to order. While I'm happy to try & accommodate orders needed before the standard production time if I don't know you need it, there is a chance that it won't go!
Are you allowing enough time for production when placing your order? Skirts and crayons are currently on a 3 week production and Outfits are on a 4 week production.
Due to a high volume of orders we are currently not accepting any rush orders. Thanks!

Two friends + two cute kids + 1 great idea = Lil' Nick!

It all started in October of 2012 when two friends and stay at home mamas got together and decided to go in to business together. Lil'Nick comes from their kids names (Lilyana and Nicholas).

Lil' Nick offers unique custom made birthday outfits, tutus, fabric skirts, t-shirts, and costumes. We also offer hair accessories of all sorts, handmade, up-cycled crayons of different shapes and sizes, party bags, tea party hats and bow ties! Perfect as unique gifts for the ones you love. Think birthday outfits,birthday presents, baby shower gifts, Halloween costumes, party favors and so much more!

We hope you love everything you see. If you don't see what you are looking for, please send us a message. We LOVE custom orders!

Have you checked the processing times (located under the shipping tab) on the item you are interested in purchasing? If you need the item before this time frame please message us BEFORE placing your order to see if we can accommodate you. Rush fees may apply.

If you have placed an order that is needed before the allotted production and shipping time, please send us a message.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your products in any way, please let us know! We'll be happy to work with you on a solution that works for both parties.

Order cancellations are accepted with in 24 hrs of your purchase. After that there will be a 10% cancellation fee.
If the item has already been made and/or shipped, continue reading.

Returns are accepted on ready to ship items within 10 days from delivery for a full refund excluding shipping. While we will refund made to order items that are returned in the original condition we are only able to refund 30% of the item in order to cover costs associated with making the custom item. We do not accept returns on personalized items. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs Please include the packaging with your item if you choose to return it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Lil' Nick is not responsible for any mistakes on orders that were discussed through conversations but not duly noted in the "Notes to Seller" box

We do our best to package everything so that it can make the trip safely, but we cannot be responsible for damage incurred by the post office. Seller is also not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or items that have shipped to the wrong address (as provided by the buyer at time of checkout.) If you would like to purchase insurance, please let us know!

LOST OR DELAYED?
If you suspect that your order has been lost or delayed and you have a tracking number for your item, please contact the USPS Track & Confirm customer service at 1-800-222-1811. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders. Thank you.

** LilyLu & Hazel is not responsible for refunding any monies on items that are not delivered in time due to post office delays.**
Payment
*Please do not purchase before reading the shop policies, especially those regarding processing and shipping times. By purchasing, the buyer agrees to all of these policies.

*All orders must be paid in full before we begin work or ship.

*LilyLu & Hazel reserves the right to cancel any rush order that has not been discussed and agreed upon by the shop owners before placement.

Upon payment please note any additional information we may need to complete your order in the "Notes to Seller" box (even if this has been discussed in a conversation with us) such as: sizing information, child's name for customization, date needed by etc. Lil' Nick is not responsible for any mistakes on orders that were discussed through conversations but not duly noted in the "Notes to Seller" box.
Shipping
*If you require a faster processing time please contact us to determine if we can accommodate a rush order. Rush orders expedite the processing of your order and are not related to the shipping method selected at checkout* Rush orders that are not agreed upon by the shop owners are subject to cancellation.

Lil' Nick ships via:
First Class: USA 2-5 business days; international 2-8 weeks
Priority Mail: USA 1-3 business days; international 6-10 business days
Express Mail: Guaranteed delivery in 1-3 business days; 3-5 days internationally

We are happy to ship most of our items via international, if you don't see your location listed please contact us for a shipping quote.

*Note that all shipping times are ESTIMATES only except for Express Mail, which is guaranteed:
