I accept credit card, PayPal and Etsy gift cards as payment.

Items will be shipped within three to five business days after payment is completed. Once an item is shipped an order may no longer be canceled (see refund policy).

Customers in Arizona will be charged 8.1% sales tax.

If an item is shipped outside of the USA, please be aware that the buyer may have to pay customs fees and or duties, these fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. Every country has different rules and thresholds for imports. Sellers have to abide by the law and fill in customs forms accurately but the fact is, it is the responsibility of the seller to ensure that the customs form is filled in accurately and the responsibility of the importer (buyer) to pay for any applicable fees. Shipping
I ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) first class mail with delivery confirmation.

Select USPS Priority or Express mail at checkout if you wish to upgrade delivery service.

Lila Clare Jewelry is not responsible for items delayed by the post office. Once the package is marked "accepted" by USPS, it is not longer in my control. In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order, please contact me.

Policy regarding items marked as Delivered by USPS, but not received by buyer: Rarely, a buyer may not receive an item marked Delivered by USPS. In fact, I've only had this happen once! I want to help you get the items you've paid for, in case of mis delivery or theft. First, please ask neighbors, family members, house mates if they've seen the package. It is not unheard of that someone else in the household will pick up the package and put it somewhere out of plain sight.. Check alternative delivery locations (manager's office, back porch, etc). Then, if still not located follow the below protocol to file a claim with USPS.

The Postal Inspection Service will contact you only if more information is needed. They gather data on mail-related crime to determine whether a violation has occurred. While they cannot guarantee they can recover lost items, the buyer’s information can help alert Postal Inspectors to problem areas and possibly prevent others from being victimized. Inspectors base their investigations on the number, substance and pattern of complaints. USPS asks the buyer to keep all original documents related to their complaint.
3. Once the complaint is filed, you will be able to print a receipt (or in the case of filing via phone, they will be mailed a receipt). You will need to send a copy of this receipt to me. These process is not being suggested to give the buyer a hard time – we both need the receipt as proof of your claim.
4. Once the USPS investigation is complete, and if the package has not been located, I will determine whether or not to refund. This can take several weeks, so I appreciate your patience as we see this process through.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to change or cancel your order, you may do so unless the item has shipped. I accept returns or exchanges if notified within five days of your receipt of the jewelry. For both refunds and exchanges, the item must be sent back to me within seven days of receipt in the condition in which it was received. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

*Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee (you will be refunded your payment minus 10%). Please pay close attention to the measurements given and convo me with any questions.
