Payment can be made via PayPal or with a credit card via Etsy, we also accept Etsy gift cards.

It isn't essential to have a PayPal account if paying through them, just press the Paypal option and follow the link to pay by credit or debit card.

Please note that items will only be shipped once payment has cleared.

We will refund any extra shipping/packaging charges over £1.

All orders unless they are a non standard purchase will be posted within 1-3 working days of receipt of payment. If you need your order for a special occasion then let me know and I will do my best to get it to you on time.

Postage discount can be given for multiple orders please contact us for a pricing with a list of the items that you would like sent.

I will post items to the address given by Etsy, unless requested and agreed beforehand.

UK SHIPPING:
We aim to send all orders by Second Class Post with the Royal Mail and should take approx. 2-3 days to reach you once dispatched. However, there are some occasions where it is much more cost efficient to use another third party, this is mainly on heavier and large volume items.

If you would prefer items sent ‘Recorded’ or ‘Special Delivery’, please contact me and a re-calculation of postage will be made. I obtain proof of postage when sending an item.

LARGE ITEMS e.g. tables, chairs, standard lamps:
Will be dispatched using a courier service determined at the time of purchase, if you have a particular one in mind then please advise and we will endeavour to use them.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We will try to ship to destinations outside of the European Union (EU) and many of our items are listed so they can be sent across the world. If you are outside the EU and would like to purchase something that hasn't got a shipping cost for your location then please contact us with a list of the items you would like to purchase so we can get an idea of the weight and volume of the parcel and give you an accurate price. Items sent outside of the EU will require either a CN22 or CN23 form attached to the parcel. You will be responsible for any extra costs that may arise from this.

The shipping costs on items costing more than £15 (British Pounds) (if unsure please contact us) will include either full tracking or signature on delivery, this is destination dependent. Depending on the item we may use a different courier and tracking and signature on delivery will be available on the item. Although this increases the cost of shipping we feel it is the best approach to ensuring the item reaches you safely, this hopefully makes you feel better as well. You can track the item across the globe and get a better idea when it will be arriving. If there happens to be any issues for example, a lost item, we can then narrow it down to where it went missing etc. and contact the relevant authority.

We carefully choose our vintage items for you, please remember that these have been worn and have had a life before us. We want to resurrect these items so they are not forgotten about, they are simply waiting for the right person to come along so they can be loved and admired again.
