Welcome and thank you for visiting Lilac Tree!

Please take a moment and browse through my shop and check back often, as I add new items on a regular basis. My number one goal is to have happy and satisfied customers. Every item I make is with great care and love, using the great materials.

My name is Ilka Moosman, I enjoy quilting for many years. I like to learn new techniques and combine colors to create useful and pretty items. I live in Wyoming and I enjoy the great outdoors here.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We hope you love your order and that it is exactly as you had hoped. However, if you are not completely satisfied with you order, please contact us within 3 business days. We will happily accept your return for any defects in manufacturing and or workmanship 14 days from the date of purchase. We will refund less the shipping costs and refunded to you once the items are returned to Lilac Tree Quilt Shop. Please contacts us prior to return of items for approval, if we do not hear from you prior to return we reserve the right to refuse refund. All returned items must be uncut, without a smell or pet hair in other words the way we sent it to you. Patterns and Books are non returnable for copyright protection.

Sizes on fabrics, quilts and measurements are noted on each item. Please make sure the measurements/sizes are what you need prior to purchase.
Payment
Items will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
Shipping
All shipments will have a Tracking number which will be emailed to the customer, if an email address has been provided. If multiple items are purchased going to different address locations, shipping will be charged per address location.

All items ship via the USPS. Domestic orders ship via 1st Class or priority mail.
