If you are not completely satisfied with our work or item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Upon review, we may refund your cost (not including shipping) or exchange for another piece. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless Lili Simone makes a mistake on your order. If an exchange is made the buyer is also responsible for those shipping costs.

Paypal is our preferred method of payment.
Payment must be made first before order is sent.

Please contact me if you are not able to use Paypal for the transaction. We can always work things out, but be aware that you will most likely experience a delay in shipping.

Your purchase will ship within 1 to 7 days after payment is processed and will be shipped by Canada Post Priority mail.

We do not refund for lost packages. If you wish to have the package insured, please let us know by contacting us before purchasing and the cost will be added on to the order. **We do not make money off of shipping and handling costs.

International shipping (US and Others) is also through Canada Post.
Delivery time on international orders usually take a few days longer depending on customs regulations and area.

All items showed are the ones you purchase so unless requested, the product listed and photographed is the one shipped to you.

International buyers, please take note that the buyer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by their destination country.
Please be aware of your countries regulations as we will not include fees in the shipping fees.
