5 out of 5 starsLove these pads so much - the first time I only got 3 and came back for more! I love having options in multiple sizes and enough to wash and wear. These are great for long plane trips as well - I never travel without them! My sister bought a cheaper made version and tried to convince me they are just as good - no way. DO NOT accept substitutes! these are well made, reliable, stay put and hold up great wash after wash. Paired with a Diva cup - the monthly situation its now environmentally friendly

In the rare event that your item has a manufacturing defect, please notify us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you.
If a return is approved, please return the item in it's original, unwashed, unused condition. We will repair or replace (at our discretion) any items with a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase. The date of purchase is defined as the date payment was received for the purchase or the date the item was delivered, whichever is later.
Any items in washed, worn or in used condition or with tags removed will not be accepted for return or replacement, unless the above manufacturing warranty applies. Normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect. Your items may wear differently depending on your water, wash routine, detergents, etc... Fabric wear is not a manufacturing defect. Please refer to our Care Tips for suggested practices to ensure long use.
All warranties and guarantees are immediately voided by dyeing, bleaching, boraxing, boiling, using harsh stain removers, scrubbing with a toothbrush or running your items through the dishwasher (yes, it's been done). Using the Sanitary Cycle to wash your items also voids all warranties. Additionally, our warranty is not transferrable to any items purchased secondhand/not directly from Lilia Designs . Seconds are sold without warranty or guarantee, and will not be accepted for return, repair or refund.

Your satisfaction is very important. In fact, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. if you find an item to be of the wrong size or you are unhappy with it for any other reason, you may return it in new, unused, unwashed, still-packaged condition within 14 days of purchase at your shipping expense. You may receive a replacement, repair, store credit or a refund (at our discretion) upon return. Shipping will be covered if the item is returned due to our error or manufacturing defect.

Payment is accepted through Paypal for fast, easy order placement. However, if you prefer, we can accept your credit card payment by phone. Call 808-357-7660 to speak with someone.
Payment is expected within 24 hours of order being placed. If you are unable to meet that timeframe for some unexpected reason, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.
TAX
HI state tax of 4.6% is added to all Hawaii orders. VA state tax is added to Virginia orders.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please contact us with your need to cancel your order. We understand life happens, and will be happy to cancel your order immediately if it has not yet been shipped. For custom orders, there will be a 20% non-refundable portion of your payment to cover the expenses of your custom order.

How do I track my order?
