Please understand that all items are vintage or antique and are sold AS IS.
Contact me if you believe I have grossly misrepresented it so we can discuss the options. If it is in the description or the photo's it has not been misrepresented. I expect you to contact me within 24 hours of the item's arrival and explain why you believe it is not as described.

If an item is damaged in transit.: Please notify me within 48 hours and send pictures of all items contained in the shipment as well as pictures of the shipping box. I will contact the insurer. Please do not send the item back to me, wait until you have heard back from me. The documentation of the damage it vital to the insurance process and I appreciate your cooperation. Without the appropriate documentation and cooperation, I can not file a claim nor get your refund.

I accept PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout.
I will hold an item for 48 hours if you ask, but if not paid by that time, it will be taken off hold. Once an item has been shipped, it can not be canceled. Please note that shipping will frequently happen within 24 hours of payment.

Priority mail provides insurance up to $50. Items over that amount will carry extra insurance.

If you need express or overnight shipping, please contact me before purchase. I am frequently able to do this, but there are times I may be out of town for a day or two. I will be more than happy to expedite your order if I am able to.

I am happy to combine shipping on purchases of multiple items. I will do my best to combine items and ship them for the least expensive while still the safest method possible. If there is a significant shipping overage, ($1.50 or more) I will issue a refund.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS/EU, you are responsible for knowing about import laws and paying for any VAT, taxes, and fees. The cost of the item does NOT include VAT. Etsy has recently added wording in the checkout that makes this confusing. If your country charges a VAT, you are still responsible for that
Please note that I do not reside in Europe and my shop policies may differ from EU policies.
Please do not ask me to falsify the value of your item on the customs form.

I do my best to describe and photograph the item in detail - that is my responsibility.
If you have ANY questions about an item, please ask, before you purchase. Read all descriptions and review photos. Request extra photos if necessary.- These are your responsibility.

Please remember that vintage and antique items have been used and may show signs of love from the previous owner.

Rustic and primitive mean just that - well used, old and fabulously showing its age.

I do not share any personal information on my customers nor track cookies. Any information that I receive has been given by the seller to Etsy so that their order can be shipped in a timely manner to the correct address. Email addresses are for conversations in case there are any concerns regarding your order. I do not download or track customer addresses.

Please note that Google, or other entities that I am not in control of, may track cookies if you have them enabled.
