Creating a Home

My family and I travel often. Whether they're short or long trips, I always feel a sense of longing for home; to return to the familiar objects and furniture that help define the self. Just like pictures capture special occasions and remind us of fond memories from their albums and frames, the accompany home wares are vessels that hold our identity as well.

I am always tempted to try to buy furniture and items that will turn our house into an Instagram look-a-like. Although, I am slowly learning and practicing using what is available to curate an authentic home. My hope for these antique furnishings is that they bring every space a sense of beauty and comfort; a place where your longing soul finds a home.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
All items are vintage. I try to find items that have been lovingly used and cared for. Usually they will not be in perfect condition like newly purchased items from a store, but it's also difficult to duplicate the charm and workmanship found in vintage items (they don't make things to last like they used to). Vintage clothes may not have size tags or if they do they are generally not comparable to today's standards. Measurements should be compared to a garment you own that fits well. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Therefore, requests for refunds will not be accepted (see more information on our shipping policy section).
Payment
We accept payment methods offer by Etsy. Payment is required at time of order. We will hold an item for 24 hours before cancelling the order if payment is not received.
Shipping
See listings for shipping charges. We utilize the services of USPS and FedEx for shipment. Tracking is usually provided for your convenience.

International: Some large/bulk items will not be available for international shipping. Once the package leaves the U.S., the customer is responsible for all tracking, custom fees, and taxes. We are not able to track shipping information once a package leaves the U.S.

Lost/damaged packages: In the event of a lost package, please contact us so we can try to track down the package. All items are inspected and packaged with care before shipment. Please do not return damaged item without contacting us first. To qualify for refund, buyer must send photo proof as per insurance requirements. Partial refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis, and usually takes a couple weeks to process.
