Welcome to Lillian Mae Bridal.
I love custom orders. We are only limited by our imaginations. Just send me an email to lillianmaebridal [!at] gmail.com. We will talk via email or phone to come up with a design plan. I will then place a custom order request on my page with your name and the details we agreed upon. Purchase it and the design will commence.
I accept multiple forms of payment. You may pay through PayPal, or Etsy's new direct payment. Credit cards are accepted. I am also set up to use Etsy's new gift cards.
Items marked “Ready to Ship” will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. It may take longer than 48 hours if your order falls during a holiday in which the post office is closed.
Custom orders may take two to four weeks to be completed. This time frame may vary depending on communication time frames during production. For example, if either of us exchanges multiple emails or phone calls in which we have to wait on a response.
The standard method of shipping will be via the United States Postal Service (USPS). In most cases a tracking number will be used. Lillian Mae Bridal will not be held responsible for items lost by the USPS. Insurance on your item may be purchased for an additional charge.
To all of my International customers...I welcome orders from any country. Shipping costs are high and vary between each country. The price can change as much as $3.00 extra dollars for 3 yards of ribbon instead of two yards. Therefore I have set an estimated amount for the average size order. If the amount is significantly less than what your order actually costs, I will refund that extra cost. If it is significantly more, I may need to contact you for additional payment.
International orders may take between 2 to 4 weeks for you to receive. Especially if held up in customs. I use preprinted labels from Etsy to ease the customs process. Some countries may ask you to pay an additional custom fee upon receiving your package. I have no control over this.
I use the United States Postal Service and routinely ship First Class with a tracking number. International shipments are only tracked within the US. Once it leaves the US, I will not know the location until it arrives at the intended destination.
My packaging is not fancy in order to keep my prices low for my customers. I ship the ribbon rolled in order to decrease the chance of wrinkles. I then wrap with tissue paper and place in a separate plastic sleeve to protect from the elements before placing in a manila envelope.

Refunds and Exchanges

I pride myself on my workmanship and will strive to communicate with you to achieve the best possible finished product including photographs during creation. However because all of my items are handmade and are custom creations, once the item has been shipped, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
This is standard procedure in the Bridal industry. I encourage all clients to read the descriptions carefully prior to purchasing. If you have any further questions, Feel free to contact me and I will answer them.
Because I do offer free samples of my ribbon so you can see color, size and quality, I again will not offer refunds unless the ribbon is damaged and I missed it during the packaging .

Don't see exactly what you need in my shop? Not sure if I will even make such an item? It doesn't hurt to ask. If I can't make it for you, I may be able to find someone who can.
