Lillibets Millinery is an emerging hat and jewellery design studio based in Yorkshire, UK. Designer Isobel Robinson takes inspiration from vintage fashion eras to create contemporary pieces with a timeless elegance. Her hats have been seen at Royal Ascot, Cheltenham, the Derby and featured in TATLER magazine.

Lillibets Millinery also offers a vast range of jewellery designs in silver and copper. From classic bridal pearls, simple everyday studs to elaborate wire work pieces, there's something to suit every occasion.

Custom and personalised orders

I love designing hats and jewellery, but we all have our own style and there's nothing more confidence inspiring than when your outfit really shows off your personality. If you'd like something special designing, please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Having accessories uniquely designed for you is something special, and I hope to achieve the perfect match for your style and personality. As such, custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty.

I want it to match my outfit - how can I tell?

Just like humans, every computer is different. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the photos give accurate portrayals of the hats, monitors do vary in the brightness and contrast settings so colours may appear slightly different from computer to computer. If you are looking to match your outfit, please ask for a free colour swatch as I am happy to send one out.

How long will it take to arrive?

All my items are handmade to order, so please see item descriptions for an estimated dispatch time. If you are in a hurry, I am happy to 'rush' through orders where possible, but please contact me first.

UK ORDERS:
All hats are sent by special delivery unless stated otherwise. Jewellery is posted by 1st class, & usually takes 1-2 working days from dispatch. Upgrades are available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Hats are sent by Royal Mail Tracked services unless stated otherwise, & usually take around 2 weeks from dispatch. Jewellery is posted by Royal Mail Airmail which is NOT a tracked service & usually takes up to 2 weeks (may take longer at busy periods). If you require a tracked service please upgrade at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

I hope you are happy with your purchase, but I do realise that sometimes things aren't quite what you imagined. Please read item descriptions carefully for details of colour/size etc before purchase to avoid disappointment, & ask for a free colour sample of hats if in doubt.

I am happy to accept returns of unworn hats & jewellery (see exclusions below) within 14 days of receipt (international customers please contact me within 14 days to notify of return, & mark the box as RETURNED ITEM). Items must be returned unworn & in its original inner packaging.

Postage is non-refundable.

EXCLUSIONS:
- Due to their personalised nature custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty for hygiene reasons.
