Follow your bliss...

...and I have! I've been making 1:12 scale miniature dolls for over 18 years and it's a labor of love. All of my dolls/figures will fit into 1:12 scale scenes and dollhouses and are made of porcelain that I pour, fire, overglaze/china paint and dress. I work out of my studio in the Pacific Northwest and attend miniature shows throughout the year, but mainly sell online, like Etsy! For you my dear customer, I hope to provide beautiful collectibles that you can cherish and enjoy for many years.

I've also added supplies to my shop for you do-it-yourselfers out there! These supplies are the ones that I personally use in my doll making. Check back often as I'm adding new items to the supply sections regularly.

Hi there, and welcome to Lilli's Littles! I'm Lilli and I am passionate about porcelain dollhouse dolls. My ultimate goal for my dolls is for them to hyper realistic and collectible. I prefer to create dolls with an "everyday" feel to them so that not only are the lovely to look at, but collector's will want them in their houses/roomboxes/scenes.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds or exchanges are allowed within a 90 day period and buyer pays for return shipping. Please let me know before the 90 days to arrange for return/exchange. Custom orders: refunds/exchanges are allowed within a 90 day period, with the exception of deposits made; deposit for a custom order is intended to begin the order but is non-refundable. If the buyer involved in a custom order does not respond to the seller within a 180 day period, all monies paid by buyer are non- refundable.
Payment
Payments must be received within 3 business days of order being placed. A reserve of 7 days max may be put upon an item with intention of payment. Layaway plans are available upon request.
Shipping
Shipping within the United States is calculated based on your location. I use Priority Mail for shipping in the US. International shipping is calculated as well per location, and options are available to pick what service you would prefer.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, VAT, customs duties, handling/brokering fees or other amounts that may be levied by your home country for importing. Check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. Our government requires a customs declaration of value form on all parcels leaving The United States. Legally, I cannot declare any items you purchase as a gift.

Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM DOLL ORDERS: (Dressed Dolls Only. No custom orders for undressed dolls.) A $100 deposit is required to begin any custom doll order at which time a price will be determined based on complexity of doll. This is a non-refundable deposit and is put toward the total price. If the buyer involved in a custom order does not respond to the seller within a 180 day period, all monies paid by buyer are non- refundable. Prices for custom dolls range between $400 and $450 minimum. If you would like a document outlining my policies in greater detail, please let me know and I will send you one.
