Frequently asked questions
I have not received my order? Will you issue a refund or shop credit?
Tracking is provided when orders are shipped. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed or damaged by USPS or UPS. This means we will not issue a refund or give a shop credit as these circumstances are out of our control.
I enter the wrong address at checkout
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If the incorrect address is provided, your order will not be refunded if delivered to the wrong address. If you checkout and then message us a new address, we can not guarantee that your order will be shipped to the new address, but we will try our best to make it happen (and it should) unless there is an oversight.
Wholesale availability

When will my order ship?
All items are made to order. Current processing times are 1-2 weeks. All orders are completed in the order they are received.
Is there an option to rush my order?
Yes! There is a $6 RUSH ORDER FEE. Please add this listing to your order. This will move your order to the front of the production line and it will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
