Frequently asked questions
I have not received my order? Will you issue a refund or shop credit?
Tracking is provided when orders are shipped. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed or damaged by USPS or UPS. This means we will not issue a refund or give a shop credit as these circumstances are out of our control.
I enter the wrong address at checkout
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If the incorrect address is provided, your order will not be refunded if delivered to the wrong address. If you checkout and then message us a new address, we can not guarantee that your order will be shipped to the new address, but we will try our best to make it happen (and it should) unless there is an oversight.
Wholesale availability

All items are made to order. Current processing time is 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday and exclude weekends and major US holidays. All orders are completed in the order they are received.
My order arrived damaged. Will you send a replacement?
Please contact me ASAP if your order arrives damaged. Damaged orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. I will need images showing the packaging and the damaged item to determine resolution.
