About

Have A Bow-utiful Day!

My baby girl was born prematurely at 34 weeks, weighing only 4 lbs! She is my sole inspiration for Lilly Bow Peep. I couldn't find anything to fit her tiny head or body, so I decided to make my own headbands and tutu's to fit her little head and body.
Since I enjoy creating and making these so much I decided to open my own shop. After many requests to make items in bigger sizes, we now offer preemie-adult. As my shop grew and grew, two of my family members have joined Lilly Bow Peep as well! We are very thankful to Etsy for helping us make our dreams come true. Etsy is an amazing partner! We are very blessed to be able to do what we love and have fun while doing it!

Shipping
All items usually ship within 3-5 business days once order is placed & payment is received unless another date scheduled before you make your purchase. We try our hardest to ship orders much sooner than 3-5 business days. Shipping time frames can change depending upon order volume or any unforeseen delays.

If you need an item sooner please contact me BEFORE you purchase your item. I must be able to CONFIRM to you that I will be able to have your item ready by the date needed.

Shipping insurance is offered to purchase, however the option to purchase it is not on all of the listings. If you want insurance you MUST contact me before you make your purchase to ensure we edit the listing to offer insurance before you place your order .

Shipping time frames can change at any time depending on order volume, stock, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays with the postal service. Once a package has left our hands and is in the hands of the postal service, it is out of our control how long it can take to ship. We can only give estimates based off the average shipping time frame from past experiences.

Once an order has shipped we are not responsible for lost/damaged items.
Refunds and Exchanges
Every item is custom made for your little princess. Refunds, Exchanges & Canceling Orders are currently not available. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If an error occurs on my part, I will work with you to ensure you are happy. If we decide to accept a return there is a 40% restocking fee. Shipping is never refunded. We do not answer emails daily, but we do try.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:
Exchanges are not usually made, as each item is handmade to order, but if we do agree upon an exchange, you would need to contact us within 2 days upon receiving your order. The item can only be exchanged for the same color/design and for one size up or down, and only if we have the availability of the item in stock. The item must be unworn, unwashed and not damaged. It would need to be shipped to us within 2 days upon agreeing to make an exchange. You would be responsible for shipping the item(s) to us and the shipping costs to ship the new item(s) to you. You would also be responsible for the cost to remake a new item. We would not be able to make/ship the new item(s) until we receive the old
item(s). A tracking number must be sent to us once the package ships back to us. We require a tracking number for packages to be sent back for refunds/exchanges. Once the item(s) are received we will create a listing for the shipping costs/fees. Once the listing is purchased the item(s) will be made//shipped in the time frame set within the listing. We cannot accept prepaid labels. We will create one for you. On the shipping label please make the shipper name the same name you used when you ordered, so that way we can look your order up. ALSO, please write the shipper name on the back of the bag because sometimes USPS puts stickers over the shipping label and I wont be able to see the name to know who the package belongs to.

If a package is sent and we agree upon a refund, then the package must be sent back to us and be post marked within 2 days of it being delivered. The package must be unopened and not damaged. We can only issue a refund once the package has been delivered back to us. If the package is not post marked within 2 days and/or the package has been opened then a refund cannot be issued and you will be responsible for the costs to ship the package back to you.

If an exchange is made and an item gets shipped back to us, we are not responsible for the exchanged item to be sent back to you within a certain time frame. We do try to ship within 3-5 business days, but the time frame can change at any time due to materials stock, order/message volume, or any other unforeseen delays.

Package/Order Shipped Back Without Agreement:
If a package/order is sent back to us, without us agreeing to a refund first, then once the package is received we will create you a listing to repay the original shipping costs you paid to re-ship the package back to you. We may also charge a $3 fee to cover the time to re-ship. At this time we don't offer refunds/exchanges and all sales are final.

If an item is damaged you would need to contact us within 2 days upon receiving your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If an error occurs on my part, I will remake/ship a new item to replace the damaged item(s). The item damaged must be because of something we did our our end, not because of damages accrued during shipment, wearing or washing/storing. If rush was ordered with the first order, we will still resend a damaged item. We will still "rush" it by making it as soon as possible and shipping priority.

Lilly Bow Peep is not responsible for damaged items caused by the postal service. If you would like to purchase postal insurance please message me before you place your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time or to change any of our policies at any time. We are also not responsible for lost/stolen/delayed packages.

Lilly Bow Peep is not responsible for items that are damaged due to being worn and/or washed.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 1 day after receiving your item, as we want every Lilly Bow Peep customer to have the perfect item for their little one! Together we will try to find a solution.

GRAB BAGS:
If you have purchased rompers/diaper covers from us before and don't want repeat colors sent, please be sure to list which colors you already have and we wont send those in the notes upon checkout. NO CUSTOM REQUESTS for particular colors/items. Items in your grab bag MAY or MAY NOT be the items that are in the photo for this listing description. Since this is a surprise grab bag, we pick the colors/designs for the grab bags. No custom requests please. Please leave a note upon checkout for the colors you already have purchased from us in the past and we will be sure not to send those colors. We always try to send at least 1-2 matching headbands. Some items could be holiday related (upcoming holiday) Some items could have hearts on them, which is considered a year round item. If you are wanting to purchase a particular color/design we recommend purchasing directly from the listing description for that item and not from the grab bag. This is a final sale. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES.

Additional policies and FAQs
SHOP HOURS:
Our shop hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We are closed on US Holidays & Weekends. Please allow 1-5 business days for me to respond to emails. I usually answer emails within 1-2 business days but please always allow up to 5 business days. This time frame can change at anytime depending upon order/email volume, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging:
We have a very unique process BEFORE shipping items out to ensure items are not damaged & ALL items are in your package. All items are inspected by at least two people right BEFORE being placed in the bag/box and then each person who inspects it, initials their name on the bag/box immediately upon sealing, to document it has be looked over/checked. Because of this packing inspection we are not responsible for claims of missing items. If a claim is made we must be contacted within 1 day upon the package being delivered & will need a photo of items received and a photo of the front/back of the bag/box and possibly photos of tags.

Missing Items/Damaged:
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 1-2 days through Etsy messages, of your package being delivered. We will need photos of the following: Items you received, photos of front and back of the bag/box your order was shipped to you in, possibly photo of the tags. If the wrong item was sent or that item is missing we will resend the missing/wrong item. In order for missing/wrong items to be re-sent you must contact us within 1-2 days upon receiving your order. You must also answer emails back to me within 1-2 days and not wait several weeks to respond.

LILLY BOW PEEP SENDING PREPAID SHIPPING LABELS:
Many times Lilly Bow Peep will create a pre-paid shipping label and send it to you via email, when we need you to ship a package/order/item back to us for any reason (ex: we sent you the incorrect item and ask you to send back that item/order so we can reship the correct item/order) Once the label has been shipped, the buyer is responsible for printing the label, then attached it (tape) to a bag/box and then place in the mail. All prepaid labels will have a tracking # attached to it, so as soon as it's in USPS hands it will show that they have it.


Listings:
Please always read the listing descriptions. The descriptions will always say what is included for that listing. For example, a photo may show 3 different items. (Romper, Headband, Leg Warmers) If a photo includes several different items we will show photos of the other items so you can see what they look like as a "set". Many times people cant "visualize" what an outfit looks like all together, so this is why we do this. In the listing description it will say exactly what is included. If the item is not included the link may be there so you can purchase the additional items, or if it's not there you can contact me and I will provide the link to the additional items.

Colors:
Item colors may vary slightly depending upon computer monitor settings, lighting and/or materials in stock.

Glitter Rompers:
The glitter rompers are slightly smaller in size than the solid color rompers. These are two completely different style rompers. We do use the same standard sizes: xs, s, m, l, xl, 2xl, 3xl, 4xl, etc.

Identical Items:
Please know that we try to make items to look exactly the same. For example if you order 2 white large rompers, we will try our hardest to make them look the same, but please know that no two items can be "exactly" the same in color/size/design, because they are handmade, but we do try to make them look as close as possible.

Matching:
"Matching" does not mean that all items are the same "exact" shade of color, it means that they compliment each other and therefore are a matching set. Many times different fabrics are used and also each item is handmade so no two items will always look exactly the same (for example: if a diaper cover and headband are purchased and are called the same color, it does not mean when you hold them up next to each other they are going to be the exact shade, but similar, therefore based on our opinion it makes it a matching set) By completing your order, you are agreeing to this.

Dresses:
Some dresses may be slightly "sheer" and may need to require a slip or skin toned underwear to wear underneath. I have sold thousands of romper dresses and very rarely do I have feedback that they are on the sheer side. It depends upon skin tone, which dress color is chosen, and if you are wearing the dress in daylight/in doors/night, etc. We do sell bloomers/diaper covers to match the dresses. Please message me is you are interested in this option.

Wrinkles:
Items could be wrinkled due to shipping. We carefully wrap and place each item into a box/bag to help prevent wrinkling, however there is a chance an item can become wrinkled (wrinkles should fall out over time)

Bands:
Band styles can vary depending upon stock. We have several different style bands. Some are a bit thicker, thinner, wider, etc. Please message me before you place your order if you are worried about the band being a certain style.

Bows:
Any of our items can be custom made. We have several different bow styles that we can add to any headbands, hair bows, rompers, dresses, leg warmers, diaper covers, hat, etc or anything else we sell in our shop. Some items don't have the option upon checkout to add a bow, although we can do this, so please message me before you place your order to discuss which bow you would like to add and then we can leave a note to your order or set you up a special listing.

Lilly Bow Peep items may contain small parts, which can pose a chocking hazard. Please take caution and never leave children unattended or allow your child to sleep while using our products. Always supervise while wearing our items.
