Payment
There are two forms of payment that I accept: Paypal and Money Orders.

-Regarding Money Orders: I will only ship your product once the money order has been cleared. That may take up to several days and in extreme cases weeks.

-Regarding Paypal Payments: If you are unfamiliar with how to properly use Paypal go to the following site designed by Etsy to walk you through the process.

-Regarding payment without a Paypal account: If you wish to pay for the product using a credit card Paypal can easily walk you through this process. All you need to do is go through the Paypal link at checkout.
Shipping
I ship your product to the address that is provided on your Etsy account. Please ensure this is the correct address before you checkout.

When shipping your product the piece(s) are properly bubble wrapped, bagged, and packed in an already bubble wrapped envelope. I mail your product through the United States Postal Service first class. If you need your product to be sent differently than outlined above please contact me before ordering and I will be glad to inform you of the cost difference. If you wish for it to be tracked that will be an additional charge as well.



*SHIPPING FEES INCLUDE: USPS First Class shipping, padding, bubble mailer, baggies, and paper. They DO NOT INCLUDE TRACKING. In order to charge the minimum price for shipping, a package will not be tracked unless you make arrangements with me before ordering where I will then add the tracking price on to the shipping cost.

Your product will be shipped once I have received payment.

If you wish to have your product insured please inform me of this before checkout. Insurance is not included. I cannot be held responsible for any items that become lost in the shipping process.

-Concerning International buyers: Please be aware that all taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

I ship orders one to two days after I have received notification that payment has gone through. Expect your item to be shipped between 24-48 hours.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing your item(s) please examine all photos and descriptions. I try very carefully to include as much information as possible about the product. If you find that you have some questions please feel free to contact me. I will do my absolute best to answer any additional questions you may have. The only time I will accept returns is if somehow the item legitimately becomes defective.

1. I received my order but the item was not the size I thought it would be. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept a return for this unless a substantive error is made (such as being sent the wrong item, a broken item, etc.) Please review my refund policy listed above for any additional information.

2.It has been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my order! What happened?
I'm sorry you have not received your product yet. In some cases shipments can get delayed due to custom checks or a wrong delivery. If this happens please contact me and I will see what I can find out.

3. Will you reimburse me for custom fees?
Please review my shipping policy information for a detailed response.
