This just makes sense

The ease & joy of cloth diapering my children after beginning with disposable diapers opened my eyes to see how simple it is to make positive changes in our daily habits.

Many bad habits were broken in those days, including my monthly habit of using disposable products for my moon cycle.

"This just makes sense" I thought, in a "eureka" type of moment as I made my very first pad. It was huge, floppy, not terribly comfortable, but it was what it needed to be. What I did not realize was that it was also a stepping stone toward something I would one day be incredibly proud of.

3 short years and thousands of pads later, LillyaPads is thriving and moving forward day by day. I have big dreams for this little business, and hope that you will continue to support me in my ventures.

I am blessed to have you all by my side. There is something very special about a woman who proudly wears cloth. I have been honored to speak with hundreds of you through convos, emails and Facebook. You are all amazing, thoughtful & mindful women. I look forward to meeting many, many more.

LillyaPads accepts Paypal only at this time. Paypal is a secure way of paying by credit card or directly from your bank account. It takes minutes to set up a paypal account and then you never have to concern yourself with entering your credit card number.
I ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and many EU countries. Contact me for a quote if your country is not listed.

The expected production times are in the listing. All products are made to order will ship on or before that date. It is possible for me to rush an order if you need to have your item(s) ship earlier. Just convo me & I will do my best.

I ship with Canada Post. The shipping times can vary, and are sometimes quick, but other times painfully long. The longest that I have had to wait for a delivery between Canada & U.S. was just under three weeks, but usually it is between 6-10 business days. International shipping times are estimated at approx. 2 weeks.

Canada post only gives tracking numbers to domestic packages ( so very sorry about that!) Canadian customers may contact me for tracking numbers.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your products I want to know about it. I inspect each pad before it is sent to you, but if I missed something (a loose stitch, faulty snap etc.) I would be more than happy to replace the item for you.

Please contact me within 1 week of delivery to discuss any issues that you may have with your product. A replacement will be offered once the product has been returned and inspected.
