Seller shipped to the wrong address despite it clearly stating where I wanted the item shipped. There is no way that she could have seen the information for monogramming without seeing the information for shipping. She offered me a 10% discount on a future purchase to remedy the problem. Her page clearly states that her shop is closing for maternity leave and probably not opening afterwards. In short, she messed up and did nothing to fix the problem.
