    Welcome to my tiny spot on Etsy!

    Hi there! I'm Zerlina and I am the owner and creator of Dream Patterns. The idea behind my pattern shop started to take shape when I created and sold nursery decor. I loved creating with sustainable materials, but my creations were still being packaged and shipped around the world. So why not create patterns so everyone can enjoy sewing softies themselves?
    Plus, it doesn’t get more special and more personal than an item you handmade yourself?

    I am still in the process of selling out my ready-made items, but I’m slowly adding more patterns to my shop so stay tuned!

    Returns and exchange details
    If you would like to cancel your order please convo me so I can update your order cancellation correctly through Etsy.

    If you are unhappy with your purchase, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and item must be returned in original packaging prior to refund being issued. Please request refund within 14 days of delivery date. The product listing amount and any sales tax (if applicable) will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Shipping
    Items are ready to ship within 1-3 business days, unless mentioned otherwise (for example custom made products)

    The order will be shipped to the address provided by the Etsy checkout unless specified other wise.

    I ship with track & trace. You can always ask for an upgrade for express shipping.

    Gift wrap is possible. If you are shopping for a gift, and decide to ship directly to the recipient, you can also include a personal note from you to the recipient. All you have to do is let me know the message and I will include it.

    The Netherlands: 2-5 days
    Europe: 7-21 days
    USA and Asia: 14-27 days
    Australia: 7-21 days

    I make it my priority to ship within 1-3 business days. However, sometimes it happens that there's a delay in international shipments. I cannot influence this (I wish I could!) so please let me know when you need an item before a specific date.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    Plushies/softies/pillows are designed with little ones in mind. While there are no buttons, bows, or other embellishments, please still check the item for tears, or other choking hazards, regularly. Facial features are embroidered to reduce the risk to young children, nevertheless children younger than 36 months must be supervised at all times when using one of my items.

    All items listed in my shop are “ready-to-ship”, except when explicitely listed as a 'MADE TO ORDER', or it's a personalized item.
